What is the procedure for reimbursements?


This is our payback policy:


A. Payback principle

E-ZONE.fr products are products of immediate consumption. Therefore, ordered products which have been paid will only be paid back if they cannot be made available.

B. Banking details we need in order to pay you back:

In case you are eligible for a reimbursement, please provide us with following banking details:


1. For a reimbursement in Belgium:

2. For a reimbursment in France:

We reimburse within 30 days after reception of the above information.

Administrative costs (25 Euro including VAT) are always deducted from the amount to be paid back.

We apologize for any eventual inconvenience.


C. An example of payback:

You check the availability of a domain name on our site. Our site answers that the domain name is still available. You register the domain name and you pay by bank transfer. In the meantime, someone else registers that domain name. By the time your payment arrives, and is validated, the domain name is no longer available. An amount of 25 Euro is charged for administrative costs. In order to prevent this problem from occuring, we suggest you to pay by credit card.
