How is the cost for late payment calculated?

Invoices are payable upon due date.

In case of failure to pay an invoice at the due date and without prior notice of remedy, the customer expressly accepts that (s)he will be liable to pay (i) a conventional / extra judicial indemnity fixed at 15% of the remaining due balance with a minimum of 25 EUR and a maximum of 1.250,00 EUR as well as (ii) a conventional interest at a rate of 12% per year.

All disputes arising between the customer and the Company with regard to the General Conditions shall be brought exclusively before the Brussels courts.
